How we ship

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our print partners. Mugs and coasters are produced and dispatched by Printful from the EU. Art prints are produced and dispatched by Prodigi from the UK. If your order contains both, they may arrive separately — each with its own tracking.

Standard shipping

All our product prices include standard tracked shipping to the UK. 

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Mugs and coasters: 3–7 business days

Art prints: 3–9 business days

Order processing times

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and dispatched. This is in addition to the delivery estimates above. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) processing times may be slightly longer — we'll update our shop if this is the case.

Tracking

All orders are fully tracked. Your tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

All orders are shipped from within the EU. Orders under £135 are not subject to UK import duty, which covers all individual and bundled purchases in our shop.

International shipping

We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know.

Something gone wrong?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@huebelongwithme.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it straight away. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
